1. The 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Gear Condition Guidelines

• Chimp Chalk: Test-drive approved. We want you to feel the cue ball grip and tip control firsthand. Chalk can be slightly used and still eligible for a full refund.

• Gorilla Gloves, Primate Pak Cases & Silverback Luggage: Must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

3. 100% Free Return Shipping Players never pay return freight on authorized returns. Once your request is received, we will generate a prepaid return shipping label and email it directly to you to print at home.

4. How to Request a Return To start your return:

3. Pack & Ship: Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off with the designated carrier.

5. Refunds & Processing Once your gear arrives at our facility and passes standard inspection, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method via Stripe. Most financial institutions post funds back to your account within 5–10 business days.
